Specific processing of your personal data is also referred to as a processing activity. Each processing activity has a specific, definable processing purpose and requires, among other things, a concrete, definable legal basis; otherwise, processing is not permitted.
The controller is the entity that ultimately determines the purposes and means of processing your data. It doesn't matter whether the controller is a person, a company, another association, a public authority, or similar. The controller can make decisions about the purposes and means of processing alone, jointly with others, or on behalf of a third party.

- Right to withdraw consent to use at any time and subsequently be "forgotten" if the use of your data is based on previously given consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (see above) if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated.

This data is processed on our internet service provider's servers. It is not merged with other data sources. This processing activity is not a basis for automated decision-making (profiling). We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.
The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest after weighing all risks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our interest is: publicizing our company, self-promotion, informing about our services, supporting the initiation of business contacts by publishing suitable contact options for interested parties and business partners, and improving the user-friendliness of our information offering.
Data is stored for one year.
SSL or TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser's address line from "http://" to "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

We generally have no influence on the content and compliance with data protection regulations by these providers. Adcell
This website has integrated components of Adcell. Adcell is a German affiliate network offering affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is an internet-based sales method that allows commercial website operators (merchants or advertisers) to display advertising on third-party websites (affiliates or publishers), usually remunerated via click or sale commissions. The merchant provides advertising material (e.g., a banner) via the affiliate network, which the affiliate then integrates into their website or advertises through other channels like keyword advertising or email marketing.
The operating company of Adcell is Firstlead GmbH, Rosenfelder Str. 15-16, 10315 Berlin, Germany.
Adcell sets a cookie on your system. The Adcell tracking cookie does not store personal data. It only stores the identification number of the affiliate (the partner mediating the potential customer) and the serial number of the website visitor and the clicked advertising material. This data is stored to process commission payments between the merchant and the affiliate via Adcell.
You can prevent cookies from being set at any time by adjusting your browser settings. This will also prevent Adcell from setting a cookie. Additionally, cookies already set by Adcell can be deleted at any time via your browser or other software.
Adcell's current data protection regulations can be found at: www.adcell.de/agb.

Google Analytics / Google Optimize
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). We also use Google Optimize on this website. Google Optimize analyzes the use of different website variants and helps improve user-friendliness based on user behavior. Google Optimize is a tool linked to Google Analytics. Both services use "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. Google Web Fonts
This website uses script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) for consistent and visually appealing display of content across browsers. Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
Calling script or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible – but currently unclear whether and for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.
